observability is the ability to measure a system's current state based on the data it generates, such as logs, metrics, and traces. Observability relies on telemetry derived from instrumentation that comes from the endpoints and services in your multi-cloud computing environments.

It allows you to collect, aggregate, and correlate real-time data so that you can analyze what's happening in your environment for better overall service outcomes

(A)You need to have persona-based dashboards that help individual users gain actionable intelligence
(B)Logs, metrics and traces.
(C)Observability helps to understand what's going on in production, makes it work better for end users, and eliminates the need for debugging in a Production environment.
