What is obserbability?
Observability is defined as a measure of how well the internal states of a system can be inferred from knowledge of its external outputs. It provides insight , alarts and supports automation proactively. SaaS based tool are has all these feature.

Why obserbability is important?
Gives outstanding insight of all internal part in system include H/W/Software, etc. and provide lot or recommendation for actionable insight.
How to do obserbability?
System or apps to collect the data, Send the data to the system from tool and then provide deep analysis accross all platform or component that are inside the DC.
