I am getting attached error while starting CentOS VM after fresh install. I have already tried re-installing VM Box and deleting and re-creating VM

Once suspended, ati_netgizmo will not be able to comment or publish posts until their suspension is removed.

I feel some other software installed in your laptop is creating a prb. may be Anti virus.

Thanks , I tried everything listed on this blog but still its failing.
Things I have tried following , anything else I can try?
Disable MacAfee temporarily
Uninstalled MacAfee completely
Re-installed latest version of VM Box multiple times
Downgraded VM Box version
Multiple reboots

Managed to resolve the issue. It was related to IBM trusteer software , after uninstalling it's all working fine. I have a nice ssh session going with my CentOS VM:)
